• Collaboration with Regional Director of Operations Team• Strategic planning and tactical execution• Lead and mentoring service delivery positions• Provide Corporate Risk and Broking Leadership with strategy and business decision support including yet not limited to:• Provide ongoing development of a consistent service platform that supports client management, service, and broking while promoting Willis Towers Watson’s financial goals and supporting the company’s Values• Support leadership in annual business planning, organizational structure and staffing • Partner with Broking leadership to provide ongoing operations support and build team collaboration• Work with Learning & Development team to ensure associates are supported with training and career development • Oversight of systems integration, implementation, training, and migration• Act as liaison to Client Support Teams• Support CRB Leadership and Financial Director / Analysts for operational aspects of:o Annual business planning o Monthly Billing Reports and Pipeline Management (accuracy in forecast management)o Expense control, Willis Investment Model adherence, outlook, and margin intervention processo Aged A/R process• Lead, mentor, and coordinate Service Team Leaders as applicable• Work with office leadership and HR Business Partner to recruit, interview, and hire service positions
