• Prepare Comparative Offer Analyses for executive hires and promotions • Prepare Offer letters for executives • Track employment agreements, Change in Control agreements, stock grants - restricted and performance units • Project manager for transition from ePrism tool to PayScale’s MarketPay, facilitating training and creating reports for the Compensation team • Utilize SAP for reporting and data extracts • Maintain country-wide list of minimum wages for states, counties and cities/localities for both non-exempt and exempt employees• Audit, communicate with HR partners and update employees wage rates as they fall below the minimum wage• Create and present quarterly dashboards for the organization’s top executives including wage increases, bonus payments, commissions, and other compensation elements • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested including STI, LTI, base salary, Geographic studies, and pay equity• Market price jobs across divisions, geographies and career levels using ePrism and MarketPay tools • Build and maintain compensation SharePoint site for field HR personnel • Provide analysis and recommendations for facility level ranges across Hospital Division • Provide technical backup and support to technical lead • Coordinate participation for approximately 45 Compensation Surveys in the U.S. • Coordinate refresh/update of market pricing database with survey results • Conduct analyses of survey data • Write/revise job descriptions as needed
