I began working for Rolf Falkenberg of EBS Inc in Jan 2004. EBS is located in Water Valley, Alberta and I work in our Eastern office in LaSalle, Ontario. We offer 24/7 service to our clients and are always available. Executive Business Services Inc. is a Media Relations firm dedicated to providing dissemination and compliance services to large and small cap companies. We work directly with the client or with existing IR or PR firms on behalf of the client.The Canadian Securities Association (CSA) requires filings of at least 8 documents per year. These documents include the Annual, Quarterlies, Management Discussion and Analysis (MD& A), Notice of Meeting & Record Date, and Management Proxy Materials. I began SEDAR filing in 1998 when I worked for Marketwired (formerly oCanadian Corporate News, now Globenewswire). The SEDAR system was implemented in January 1997 and I have been SEDAR filing ever since.

September 2001-Jan 2004 - worked for Joan Moody of Alberta Compliance. Alberta Compliance Services offered a variety of services including Corporate Secretary Services. As an Administrative assistant we helped our clients with Shareholder meetings from setting up the meeting dates, to preparing the scrutineer materials to scrutineering the meetings. We handled the quarterly mailings as well as the printing of the materials and the mailing of the documents to the registered shareholders as well as supplemental mailing list. We looked after the clients news releases, reviewed for compliance and ensured the dissemination met disclosure requirements. Faxed and emailed release to clients databases which were also maintained by me. SEDAR filing of any documents required to be filed with the commissions and exchanges. Clients Daily Trading Stats, monthly File Reviews with the ASC, 12g Filings, EDGAR filings, Applications with the securities commissions, prepared and submitted. Also prepared a quarterly compliance information newsletter to ensure our clients were up to date on all of their compliance needs
