Ensures the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction by organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategies. Tracks the sales team's progress of monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Assists in hiring and training new sales reps. Coach and support existing sales reps. Liaison between managers, employees, and customers.

Works with a diverse territory of medical facilities such as Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Indian Health Services, corporate and private hospitals, specialty pharmacies, correctional pharmacies, and community outpatient clinics. Maintains business relationships with current and potential accounts. Resolves customer issues by researching and making recommendations for specific medications on back-order and/or manufacture allocation. Consults clients by sharing pharmaceutical market trends and forecasting future and potential drug shortages.
