Full oversight of the branding, marketing, website, PR and communications efforts, as well as the earned revenue in admissions, membership, group, facilities rentals and special event revenue. Served as executive sponsor for the Tessitura CRM system implementation and led overall strategy, planning and implementation of the Center’s enterprise roadmap. Launched a newly designed, fully integrated, website for Arizona Science Center in 2012 with 750,000+ unique visitors per year. The project included wireframe and content development, CRM, social and email integration, CMS set-up and maintenance, SEO and SEM work, user experience improvements, and analytics and performance monitoring. Executed full campaigns for premier traveling exhibitions including demographic/target audience based media planning and buying, effective key art creation, promotional planning, digital strategy, on-site/property signage, monitoring and plan adjustments as needed to exceed the established revenue and attendance goals. Achieved a 38% increase in revenue with a 6% reduction in expenses, an 11% state-wide increase in aided awareness, increased web visits by 72%, web sales by over 1,000% and launched a brand campaign that was recognized as a finalist at the 2013 North American Effie Awards. In addition, a successful e-marketing program was launched and a data base of 80,000+ subscribers was acquired. The combined marketing effort resulted in a 21% increase in attendance and a 102% increase in member households over LY in 2013.
