    During my time at corporate American Honda Motor Company, I worked directly with the Manager of Advertising for the Power Equipment, Marine, and Engine divisions. I know most people find this a tediously boring job, but because I love to write so much, editing fits right along with what makes me tick. Typos and grammatical errors seem to just jump right out at me, so it isn’t an unpleasant task for me. My duties also included administration and management of the Honda Dealer seasonal advertising programs as well as the Honda Dealer Website Program. I interacted directly with the dealers and acted as a liaison between dealers and vendors, and also provided dealer support as needed.With my Manager, I attended creative meetings with department heads to identify, discuss and review advertising needs. Based on the best marketing tools agreed on, I implemented the bidding, procurement, and proof approval process until the materials were received. For Dealer sales inserts and brochures, I arranged for shipment and delivery to the dealers, or to tradeshows for the corporate materials.Procurement for the Advertising department was part of my responsibilities. I really enjoyed the interaction and negotiation process with print vendors for the procurement of advertising. Beginning my employment with Dr. Cole as Patient Consultant and being promoted to Director of Patient Services then Director of Operations fulfilled that purpose in many ways. I was promoted to Director of Patient Services and implemented Maximizer Enterprise CRM for our patient database. Inventory control, Pre-op / Post-op process, and check-in / checkout policies were put in place. I developed a testing model to accurately evaluate the precision of Surgical Technician skills during interviews.Sales increased by 70% during my first year of employment and I was promoted to Director of Operations. Development and implementation of Internet Marketing tools and strategies, such as email campaigns, website and keyword SEO, and the moderation of patient forums, helped to increase our website traffic from 300 to 3,883 new leads per month! My responsibilities continued to grow, and I began organizing Patient Education Seminars. Sales continued to grow and by the end of my employment with IHTI, they had increased more than 200% from when I was first hired.
