In my coaching relationships, I focus on leveraging the client’s strengths in addressing their areas for development. As a result of my combined expertise in leadership and adult learning theory, clients benefit from setting stretch goals, creating robust development plans, applying new behaviros, and cultivating greater self-awareness.I've enjoyed working in numerous industries including: chemical manufacturing, healthcare, and management consulting. Since forming my own coaching business, I've partnered with hundreds of clients at all levels, and have logged more than 2500 coaching hours.Prior to my corporate/coaching career, I was a professional actress and cable TV talk show host. Years of on-camera/stage expertience make me well-equipped to work with leaders in improving and refining their executive presence, communication and presentation skills. Outside of work, I enjoy Chicago’s amazing theatre scene (from off-stage), playing paddle tennis, and experiencing different cultures through international travel. I'm a life-long learner who is fascinated with the mind-body connection.
