Sherri Jordan is the CEO & Founder of Suite 527 Realty Group, LLC®, a boutique Real Estate Firm in Bolingbrook, IL with 16 years of industry experience working with an array of clientele from first time home buyers to seasoned investors.Hailing from the South side of Chicago , Sherri has built her real estate brokerage and team from the ground up going from an independent contractor to the owner of her own brokerage. Provide stellar customer service from start to the completion of every transaction communicating via email, telephone and facsimile on a daily basis. Aggressively negotiate sales price and present offers to list agents. Specialize in investment Real Estate and HUD transactions. Assisting Investors with the purchase of equitable property for the purpose of flipping and/or acquire rental property for residual income. Additionally, list and market residential rentals, schedule showing appointments and accompany personal viewings, request current credit reports with FICO scores, full criminal background checks, eviction reports and perform employment verification to qualify prospective tenants. Properly complete lease agreements, collect rent and security deposits.

Maintain on-going resident retention program under direction of Community/Leasing Manager. ‘Shop’ competitive properties. Maintain professional appearance of office, amenity areas, model apartments and community. Miscellaneous duties as required.
