Extensive knowledge of employee benefits which allows me to assist employees of our clients in resolving numerous types of issues in regards to their benefit package offered by their employer. Day to day functions associated with customer service as it relates to problem solving and claims resolution.*Work with insurance companies as a liason between the member and the carrier to resolve claim issues, eligibility issues, etc...*Work with benefit administrators/HR contacts to resolve enrollment and claims issues for their employees*Complete accurate documentation of all service related communications and issues into Benefitpoint.*Maintain communication between supervisors/brokers with regard to the status of outstanding issuesReceived coveted "Employee of the Quarter-" award for the South Central Region, First Quarter 2015 and Third Quarter 2015.
