I believe therapy is most effective when it’s a collaborative process, with caregivers actively engaged in their child’s emotional well-being. By incorporating storytelling, creative play, and mindfulness techniques, I create a safe, nurturing space where children can freely express themselves and celebrate their progress.In my practice, I specialize in working with neurodiverse children, tailoring child-centered play therapy and trauma-informed approaches to meet each child’s unique needs. I also integrate what children are passionate about—whether it’s animals, art, or a favorite game—into our sessions, helping them feel more connected and motivated as they navigate their journey toward growth. My focus is on helping children recognize and harness their strengths while developing practical tools to overcome challenges and grow into their full potential. I also work closely with caregivers, providing strategies for self-compassion and co-regulation to foster emotional balance and harmony at home.Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about animals and enjoy spending time with my dogs, exploring new places, and continuously learning.
