With over 26 years of experience in clinical laboratory science and administration, I am the Director of Laboratories, Quality & Safety, Project Management at Elkhart Clinic, a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider in Indiana. I hold an MBA degree, a Master's degree in Health Care Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, as well as multiple certifications in laboratory management and technology.In my current role, I oversee the operations of clinical laboratory and imaging services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. I also manage projects and initiatives that enhance the delivery and integration of ancillary services across the organization. Additionally, I am the Owner of POL Consulting LLC, a clinical laboratory consulting firm that helps physician offices, reference labs, and others in the laboratory industry. Since 2014, I have been providing expert guidance and support in starting new laboratories, navigating CLIA and COLA regulations, and optimizing laboratory performance and profitability. My mission is to leverage my extensive knowledge and experience in clinical laboratory science and administration to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their outcomes.
