My background is very diversified as I am very multi task oriented. I have worked in the banking, insurance, manufacturing and the retail industry. All of which brought me one step higher up the ladder in an office setting. Going back to 1997 when I started at Things Remembered I gained the knowledge of not only retail store payroll but also home office payroll and ventured into their store accounting for the retail stores. Did side projects like creating their Kronos system for their distribution center in youngstown which took me temporarily out of my regular job to finish this project.At Kismet products I started out doing A/R, A/P and invoicing which soon led to workmans compensation, lockout tagout, quality control guidelines for ISO2000. Later in my time there was sent out for monthly training classes in cleveland for the HR department and for blood-borne pathogens, lock out tag out, tow motor training etc.At The Better Market partnered with my husband. We do everything from invoicing, purchasing, bookkeeping, running the website, consulting with customers to speaking engagements and expo shows.Specialties: speaking engagements, expos, all office work and customer service.Currently I am the Accounting Manager at IWI Incorporated. After shutting our business down in 2010 due to economic difficulties I found myself back in the administrative workforce. I started at IWI as a temporary which fortunately turned permanent in March of 2011. The company just celebrated it's 40th anniversary and I am happy to have been involved. What a wonderful place to work and set my feet on a good foundation until retirement.
