I have over 25 years of experience in Sales, Operations, and Managing high performance teams. I always thought my dream of being a professional makeup artist for a major brand was my ultimate goal...but after working as a Retail Manager for several Cosmetics Brands early in my career, I discovered the excitement of achieving sales plans, overseeing daily operations, and developing others were my true passions.In 2008.,...after 6 years at my MAC counter, I was promoted from Retail Manager to Senior management and a year later to Manager of Retail Operations for the Brand. I have the experience of working in many markets in the Mid Atlantic as well as the Southern part of the United States. In 2019 my position changed to Field Executive Sales Manager (FESM) with the same responsibilities with more time designated to being in store for support and trainings. I love the opportunity of working with diverse teams and my love of all things beauty. Loving what I do and motivating and supporting my teams are two of the main reasons I have been successful in my field. My specialties include continually motivating Retail Managers and Trainers to achieve business objectives, recruit, interview and hire the best Retail Managers and sales teams, observe Retail Managers and staff in store and delivering core trainings and providing feedback on job performance, review schedules, expense reports, and maintaining open communication across all departments, as well as partnering with Human Resources in regards to all employee issues.I'm a goal driven Sales Manager who is passionate about reaching sales plans and developing managers and leading change. I love to find great people and uncover their personal aspirations and values and help them achieve their goals. I'm quick on my feet, a great problem solver, and lead with a growth mindset.
