I am a skilled learning & development professional & DDI Certified leadership facilitator with over 20 years of business experience NOW transitioning to the office/clerical arena!I appreciate the opportunities I have experienced working at wonderful companies such as NRG, TriNet, Memorial Hermann, and Direct Energy. In each of those roles, I designed & delivered training programs however, I began at Direct Energy as an Executive assistant in 2008. Now I am shifting my career back to the office clerical side of business. Before my experience in L&D, I was an executive assistant. I managed executive's calendars, travel, and expense reports, and planned corporate events. I also spent time as a receptionist manning the switchboard. I NOW desire a clerical role such as receptionist, office assistant, patient access rep, etc. I have professional experience, am organized, and have Microsoft Office skills. I have designed and delivered phone etiquette and customer service training. I am experienced with handling confidential information, I understand the professional demeanor required to greet and assist clients and patients.Due to my outgoing personality, I began my post-college career in business-to-business sales with Xerox. In my Learning & Development roles, I have created training programs that impact the company's bottom line. Now I want to make a different kind of impact!
