Serve as the Program Manager for the Integrated Dissemination Program private cloud platform responsible for managing and ensuring the coordination of all interacting systems within the assigned portfolio. The NWS mission depends on the delivery of critical data to forecasters within NWS, as well as the public, and the Weather Enterprise to meet its mission to protect lives and property and enhance the national economy. This portfolio consists of 55 applications, of which 39 applications have been migrated to IDP to date, with the remaining 16 applications being scheduled to migrate no later than end of June 2024. • Perform additional duty as Lead of the Project Management Officer (PMO) for the Office of Dissemination (DIS) responsible for coordination and management of all program and project activities affecting IDP private cloud platform. The PMO hosts Senior Executive Bi-Weekly meetings to review status of cloud migration and enterprise infrastructure projects, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Department of Commerce (project and operations performance, and budgetary data).• Perform additional duty as Contract Officer Representative (COR) responsible for performing all contract management activities and functions for multiple contracts supporting DIS operations. These duties include the development of proper requirements and ensuring during contract administration that contractors meet the commitments of their contracts, including the timeliness and delivery of quality goods and services as required by the contract.•. Prepare and communicate plans, reports, charts, graphs, briefing slides, and related correspondence to effectively produce and defend studies and reports. The audience includes GS-15 civilians, and General Officer/Senior Executive Service (SES) level personnel.
