Key responsibilities included hiring, training and retaining a team of field-based technical services veterinarians to support sales and marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales and marketing management to identify and deliver upon technical sales support needs and to provide field-based input for key product messaging and support for new product launches. Key accomplishments included successful implementation a national scholarship at U.S. veterinary colleges to leverage the Bayer Communication Project and a leadership role in developing and conducting training workshops and communications for company managers and supervisors to drive a more transparent and interactive Performance Management Process.

Key responsibilities included contributing product team input for successful new FDA product launches, supporting marketing product manager with development of product messaging and development of training materials for the sales team, and supporting success of the field sales team through technical product training of our sales team, our veterinary hospital customers and veterinary college faculty and students. Key accomplishments included planning and successfully executing multiple Key Opinion Leader Advisory Council meetings, developing and maintaining important Key Opinion Leader relationships and serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Institute for Healthcare Communication as communication skills training curriculum was developed by the Institute and launched into US veterinary colleges. -
