I reported directly to the board of directors. I planned, designed, and executed $2.5M remodel and expansion. I negotiated all leases and contracts on behalf of company while developing and executing annual strategic planning for the organization. I Oversaw 55 grocery store employees and all store operations with annual sales of $7M. I developed relationships with key community partners and built a strong bond with local community kitchens to support local families and teens. My direct reports include Finance Manager, Marketing Manager, HR Manager and all Retail Department Managers. During 2020 I led my team with compassion and understanding, while navigating a global pandemic. I developed and grew our online ordering system to help our community safely shop for groceries.

I built relationships with over 105 store managers to gain distribution. I ensured optimal placement of product to maximize sales. I was the primary source of product knowledge for stores, customizing sales strategies for each store. I traveled throughout my district and visited stores ranging in size and location to optimize growth.

I monitored and balanced 100 retail stores’ cash bank accounts. I audited store paperwork to ensure compliance with company policy. I acted as the liaison between 100 retail store managers and finance department. I worked with Store Operations Director to improve policies and procedures, protecting company assets.
