With deep real world experience as a senior executive in the corporate environment, I understand first-hand both the challenges and opportunities that come with stepping into a new level of leadership. An experienced facilitator, I am often called upon to create safe spaces for authentic sharing, deep relationship building, and group problem-solving. My work spans Fortune 500 companies, mid size startups, and nonprofits. I am also an interpersonal dynamics facilitator (TGroup) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. As a Board Director, I have served both for profit and nonprofit organizations, lending my experience to support board development and strategy, leading governance and serving as a champion of organization development and equity. I have served across several sectors including clean energy, fair trade consumer products, education and social impact enterprises.
