Advarra Regulatory Consulting is a division of Advarra IRB that delivers innovative solutions for human subject protection and compliance in clinical research. Advarra works with clinical researchers, research institutions, universities, healthcare systems/hospitals, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies to develop contemporary approaches to a changing landscape.• Lead generation efforts produced over 50% of yearly sales and doubled yearly growth.• 10+ years of experience in sales and lead generation.• Build the sales pipeline through outbound calls and emails; minimum 60 touches daily, over 12,000 touches yearly. Develop phone/email scripts.• Work with our C-Level management to develop sales strategy.• Identify potential clients (universities, colleges, healthcare systems/hospitals, and medical device/pharma start-ups in the U.S.• Break into new accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders.• Use a consultative approach to understand and address prospect needs.• Achieve and exceed goals.• Work against both qualitative and quantitative activity metrics.• Own all meeting activity for C-Level management.• Experienced prospector, with a track record of breaking into new accounts.• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
