Sales Support Coordinator Ii
Current- Provide quality control measures on copier configurations in compliance with equipment protocols
- Supply data entry for cash sales or lease deals into the Salesforce Configurator for new proposals
- Generate and verify monthly commission reports timely and efficiently for accuracy with the Payroll Department, disburse to sales reps for review and research disputes
- Identify information (billing issues, order status, equipment maintenance, contracts, pulling historical data, etc) for sales reps and clients
- Calculate current hardware costs and service costs using Excel
- Processes sales and service orders for various types of office equipment (printers, copiers, production units, solutions services)
