Acting First Selectman for the Town of Fairfield for about 40 days while we awaited the interim First Selectman. I learned a lot over this 40 day period!

Thank you Joan Neiley for all that you taught me about sales. I never could resist a challenge and you definitely got the most out of my abilities. You were one of the best managers I ever worked under. Ginny Lunghi and Ron Malloy, also were great managers... but you are the reason I stayed in this business so long.

Helping the frail elderly maintain dignity and stay as healthy and happy as they could was a key reason why I worked here. I have wonderful memories of many people- staff and residents from this time. Working here gave me an idea about how to improve upon the classic nursing homes and was instrumental in my decision to go into management.

I worked rotating shifts and night shift on a medical surgical unit. I worked with great people and enjoyed it very much. It was my first job outside of the family business!
