The vision I set and oversee for WXN is a transformative one that’s ever-evolving. Like myself and the women we serve, our organization is on a radical journey, too.• Since purchasing the organization in 2015, I’ve led our team in helping thousands of women reach their professional and personal goals through a growing portfolio of networking, professional and personal development, original research, awards programming and learning resources. • As we grew our roots deeper in Canada, I also expanded our mandate beyond borders through the launch of WXN-USA, using our momentum to make a greater impact in all communities where it’s needed. • We continually advance a more diverse, equitable and inclusive North America through our WXN Global Alliance for Inclusive Leadership (GAIL), our GAIL Global Conference and Awards and meaningful representation throughout our highly-coveted Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards.

It may have started with a borrowed typewriter, but I grew that little spark into a booming workforce management and training company. • I grew SRG to 10 offices strategically located across North America, earning over $30 million in annual sales. • I helped thousands of people find meaningful work in rewarding careers while leading my own team of dedicated employees – some of whom I’m lucky enough to continue working with today.• In this role, I also paved the way as the first female President in my local Chamber of Commerce. Many other women have held that role in the years that followed.
