Sherry Baker is the wealth division executive, head of product and services for FIS's Wealth business within, the Wealth, Retirement and International division. She has delivered consulting services and software solutions in the fintech industry for more than 25 years. In her current role, she is focused on growing the Wealth business and delivering industry leading solutions to an ever-changing market.In her past role, her team focused on executing the migration and transformation programs for key clients transitioning into the FIS ecosystem implementing technology, software and outsourcing solutions and services. Sherry brings a record of accomplishment and success focusing on leading, managing, improving, selling and delivering wealth and retirement solutions. Her expertise is in multiple core competencies including business process improvement, systems implementation, operations management and business transformation.  Her areas of responsibility include P&L accountability, staffing, resourcing, capacity planning, software implementation, enterprise program delivery, technology transformation, process reengineering, executive councils and relationship management.
