The PFFA is a self-regulatory organization in the United States which regulates, supports and enhances the understanding of face-to-face fundraising for our members and the public. Although a newly established organization (2017), there are more than 100 active participants comprised of non-profit organizations, professional fundraising agencies and affiliates that have been gathering since 2014 to share information, establish best practices, self-regulate and support the sustainable growth of face-to-face fundraising as a lead acquisition channel in the United States.

Responsible for strategic planning and oversight of the face-to-face fundraising program, as well as development and stewardship of sustainers acquired from all individual giving channels.

Lead international expansion in U.S. Built face-to-face acquisition campaigns and back end support for Mercy Corps, PLAN USA, International Hospital for Children, SOS Children's Villages, National Park Trust, ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, USA for UNHCR, Action Aid and Childfund International. Promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2007.Appointed as the Executive Director in 2011.
