Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-file server, sonic walls, antivirus, internet access, office systems and applications support). Supports servers, network and desktop hardware, software and applications. Regular duties will include configuration and installation of workstations, servers and networking devices, maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software, and providing direct end-user support for all IT related issues.Responsible for phones and internet lines, using both T1’s SIP/PRI circuits and LAN lines. Perform technology needs analysis. Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources. Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan. Manages small to medium sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules. Assists with technology planning through ongoing research. Maintained 6 networks across western United States with approx 100 computer users. Setup security cameras and remote access. Installed hard drives, memory and power supplies in existing CPU and servers. Planned and scheduled all vendors from T1’s, phones, cabling, electrical and furniture.
