Projects for Fortune 500 companies include:• 20-month placement with Legal Technology Transactions team - drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of IT procurement contracts and vendor agreements, including professional service, software license, and SaaS agreements; working with internal business teams and vendors to protect company’s legal and commercial interests• Commercial contract experience includes equipment purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, data processing agreements, statements of work, and change orders • Drafting proposal to integrate and consolidate varying regional provisions into a single set of global terms and conditions • Legal research and writing on contract claims and jurisdiction questions• Coordinating and conducting employee interviews related to EEOC claims
