Duties/Responsibilities• Collaborate with a team of developers, quality control specialists, and production to provide the development and delivery of video production, training strategies, web portals, mobile apps, in-store marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and print media campaigns• Meet regularly with team leads to create accurate schedules for project deliverables• Create all estimates and invoicing for assigned client projects• Monitor all project schedules and deliverables by using our project management software• Determine goals, expectations, and procedures by working closely with the clients • Provide client feedback and make critical decisions in all stages of development and production, including strategic planning• Develop an in-depth knowledge of client products, and services• Maintain an up-to-date, detailed, comparative cost analysis for all projects and clients

Production artwork designer within the US packaging technology division. Provided labeling graphics for a wide variety of prescription pharmaceutical product packaging components. Worked directly with regulatory, marketing, and packaging engineers to provide FDA-approved artwork for product launches and labeling artwork revisions.

Created artwork for several Raleigh-based corporations. Managed the projects from design to print production.

Designed and built text layouts for ads, magazines, newspapers, and phone books.
