- Take-over Project Org. Chart, Project Schedule, Specifications Review(including project specifications), Critical Data Summary and Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) assigned by the PM. Prepare Advance Engineering Package(AEP) for the PM approval.- Prepare Detail Engineering Package(DEP) for the PM approval. DEP as a min. includes configuration drawings, calculations, procedure documents and Bill-Of-Material(BOM).- Plan & raise purchase requisition in accordance to the DEP for PM approval.- Release DEP to fabrication supervisors to start assembly work. Approval by PM.- Participate in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) including new subvendor review with purchaser.- Prepare accurate and timely customer and internal adhoc or monthly reports eg. Manhour times sheets, workload plan, work progress. Attend adhoc and monthly meetings to report and discuss status of projects.- Maintain close interaction with the PMs and other support teams(project engineering team, fabrication supervisors, service, business administration and logistics depts). Keep records of discussion(ROD).-Provide project engineering in a timely and effective manner through good judgements and sound technical proposals and decision makings to ensure customer satisfaction and dept/project profitability and good resource utilitzation.- Provide guidance to the engineering assistance and other support teams and attend internal or external trainings to improve quality and productivity.
