Previous NP experience included in Cardiothoracic surgery, emergency to ICU settings. Throughout my career, education has been a major part of my professional and personal goals, whether getting an education or being an educator. Harborview is one of the larger teaching hospitals, and I am the first ARNP to be hired in the ICU setting to provide continuum care for the patients and orient new residents and fellows to our service, that includes clinical management and administration. Professional Goal/Experience;Professional goals have been striving to achieve excellence in clinical and management skills. Previous achievement have been, involved in implementing medication reconciliation when first initiated by JCAHO, and part of steering committee to obtaining Magnet status. With current position, have been working on changing some of the order protocols to improved patients' outcome. My global background has enabled me to attain a high empathy for my patients and co-workers.
