Associate Director, Procurement Center Of Excellence
CurrentResponsible for providing leadership, direction, development and successful performance of the COE through the delivery of programs such as Strategic Sourcing, Supplier / Business Relationship Management, Supplier Diversity, Sustainability/Supplier Climate Pledge, and Procurement Continuing Education and Professional Development. This role partners closely with both Direct and Indirect Procurement teams as well as cross-functional business partners in the development and implementation of procurement strategies, program enhancements, process development, and policy compliance initiatives. Projects and areas of direct oversight include third-party risk management, policy review, value management, spend analytics, eSourcing, organizational KPIs and ROI, training, change management, and communication.
