I have been in the hospitality business for almost eight years total. My most recent position was Director of Operations at Holiday Inn Express Ashland KY. I worked there for 6 years until I resigned my position. I have been out of the loop for a year now due to being a stay at home Mom with my son who was born two months premature and had a few health issues in the beginning. He is now well and I am ready to get back to work. This area is very difficult to find a management position in hospitality but I am hopeful that I will be back in the field that I excel in soon.
