• Instructed undergraduate courses in Organizational Leadership & Learning bachelor's program, on-line and face-to-face at Louisville and Ft. Knox campuses.• Served as Military Affairs Liaison leading to establishment of innovative accelerated master's program for US Army personnel.• Developed/maintained relationships, initiatives, and partnerships with employers and community workforce development initiatives in Jefferson and Hardin Counties.• Led public relations for BS, MS, and PhD programs with over 500 students: increasing enrollment in Graduate Programs by 50% and Undergraduate Program by 30%.

Managed and directed the financial and business operations of the Leadership, Foundation, and Human Resource Department. Advised the Department Chair on budgetary issues. Accountability extended to financial statements, profit flow/cash flow analysis and auditing documentation as well as the creation of budgets for multiple programs.Worked with the Provost Office and the Asst. Dean of the College of Education and Human Development to open a multi-million dollar child care center inside the University of Louisville. Assisted with the hiring of all new personnel as well as training for the new facility. Purchased all equipment, furniture, and curriculum materials. Duties also included Facilities Management.
