As Senior Counsel in the Environmental & Safety Law group at ExxonMobil, I provide advice and counsel on greenhouse gas / climate regulatory and policy matters. Particular substantive areas of focus include methane and CO2 regulations; on-shore and off-shore carbon capture and storage projects; National Environmental Policy Act issues; and national ambient air quality standards setting.From May 2008 to January 2010, I was Counsel in the Downstream Torts and Commercial Litigation section of the ExxonMobil Law Department.Prior to joining ExxonMobil, I was an associate in the Litigation section of Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston, Texas from 2001 to 2008. I handled a variety of matters, including complex commercial litigation and arbitration, and medical malpractice defense.
