- Coordinate internal & external resource to ensure the enough warehousing capacity, design the layout, optimize the labor & MHE resource, support the stable logistics operation, and contribute to the GMV growth.- Develop JD’s capability on Pharmaceutical Logistics by approaching NMPA, conducting market research, defining service scope/product, designing FC network, drafting O-chart/job description, organizing training, instituting rules and standards, etc. - Implement pharmaceutical FC project and strive for acquiring the qualification of pharmaceutical 3PL.

- Develop and manage the long-term strategic client relationship with all levels in potential and existing account.- Understand and define customers’ business, logistics operation and facility requirement, especially for TC-related requirement, communicate such to investment and engineering team.- Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and manage the scope of the project and monitor the quality on the deliveries. - Review the park design to ensure it will be operational friendly

- Liase with DHL Supply Chain customers and business development staffs to understand customer supply chain requirements.- Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business，operational implementations and re-engineering initiatives.- Utilize appropriate software tools for developing，modelling，evaluating and selecting appropriate solution options.- Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers. Participate in customer presentations where required.- Complete other activities relating to the day to day operations of DHL Supply Chain as requested or appropriate.
