Manage all Administrative projects , Schedule and assist customers . Accounts Receivables and collections.

Work directly with company Vice-President to manage all administrative duties, including making executive travel arrangements, event planning, preparing spreadsheets, using Netsuite Cloud software, and assisting in logistics and other general office duties. Key accomplishments: • We had signed a 3 year contract recently and realized we needed a larger recycle container. I negotiated a new contract with a larger container at a lower monthly rate, • I taught myself the Netsuite Software and to create excel spreadsheets for all of the inventory materials. Then I created a CSV file to upload into the Netsuite, and using a V-Lookup, significantly reduced the time to create reports.

 Collect, process and electronically file documents to meet regulatory requirements. Interact with pilots and across departments to gather data, disseminate information, and resolve data management and record keeping issues. Aggregate data, prepare and submit reports for management.  Manage incoming calls as relief for front desk reception.
