Sexually Transmitted Infection Program (April, 2015- Current)-Case management of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS-Consultation with family physicians and walk-in clinics to determine provision of appropriate treatment for reported positive sexually transmitted infections and arrange STI medication delivery to health care professionals in the community-Contact with clients and their partners to ensure completion of testing and treatment regimes and provide education on STISexual Health Clinic (June, 2012- April 2015)-Providing counselling/education on sexual health including STI, birth control, etc…, performing physical examinations, specimen collection, providing injections, taking blood and providing/dispensing medications under the authority of medical directives. -Interventions practicing under the authority of medical directives such as performing venipuncture for the purpose of anonymous HIV testing, specimen collection for the purpose of testing for STIs, provision and dispensing of birth control methods and Plan B emergency contraception and provision of injectionsCommunicable Liaison Unit (Dec, 2008-Jun, 2015)-Act as liaison between acute care facilities/ chronic care facilities and public health-Collect epidemiological information for reportable diseases by reviewing hospital charts or communicating with health care providers-Facilitate respiratory/enteric outbreak management in acute care facilities and chronic care facilities-Facilitate and promote influenza vaccination campaign in acute care facilities and chronic care facilities
