I currently direct PowerSchool's ERP Custom Development, Customer Education, and Analytics Teams. I manage complex projects and facilitate customer education programs that adapt to dynamic client needs. My leadership has been instrumental in the successful oversight of large, international teams, resulting in consistent year-over-year metrics surpassing. This has involved direct involvement in matrixed oversight, creation of customer education programs, and empowerment of team members for career progression. My focus on identifying and addressing client training needs has been instrumental in enhancing our service offerings, bridging gaps, and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.Before joining PowerSchool, I served as the leader of Human Resources and Compliance for three large organizations, each employing approximately 5,000 individuals. During my tenure, I effectively addressed various compliance challenges at both state and federal levels, as well as union-related issues. My role in Human Resources involved fostering constructive relationships with unions, overseeing compliance standards, conducting Title IX and unemployment investigations, and conceptualizing and establishing the Aspiring Leaders Academy. Additionally, I successfully led the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system.Prior to my work in Human Resources, I dedicated several years to public education as a middle and high school science teacher, principal, and central office administrator. I was honored to receive recognition from my State House of Representatives for excellence in science education, and I was a finalist for both the Middle School Team of the Year and the Science Teacher of the Year awards, as well as a nominee for the Principal of the Year award. One of my greatest rewards has been witnessing the success of students who have passed through my doors and gone on to thrive in their lives.As a lifelong learner, I strive to acquire new knowledge each day. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and embracing opportunities to connect with diverse groups of people and support animals in need.
