Director--Erp Custom Development, Customer Education, & Analytics Teams
Current• Oversee the ERP custom software development, customer education and analytics teams based in the US and abroad serving more than 1000 clients• Oversee the successful completion of multiple complex projects simultaneously• Work in a matrixed environment for oversight and development of customer education programs• Create and put in place standards and expectations for a high functioning international teams that consistently year-over-year exceed metrics • Educate, mentor and empower direct reports to move into higher positions• Lead the creation of and ongoing monitoring of customer education to meet changing client needs• Identified training needs for over 600 clients and put in place multiple routes of training to meet year-round needs• Monitor all activities in other systems including but not limited to Salesforce, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, NetSuite, Coupa, learning management system, and Microsoft product applications• Lead sprint planning, backlog maintenance and support desk tickets resolution and responses• Oversee the development work (original, retrofits and dbs) for over 600 clients• Make recommendations for and take the lead on base-line product enhancements• Collaborate on a daily basis with clients, sales, compliance, product, support, engineering, cloud operations, project management and services in the US and abroad• Monitor and report out on revenue including forecasting versus actuals for ARR and NRR• Handle and resolve customer escalations• Ensure client data security for departments supervised• Monitor and maintain low customer support backlog• Create and put in place standard operating procedures to ensure high efficiency and effectiveness
