I have worked in the resturant business since 1978. as a salad maker and worked up to chef. Baking has always been a passion. I took the knowledge I received and built Sherrys Cakez. I make, fresh made to order cakes and pies for since 1994. I took a hobby and turned it into a business. I completed all of Wilton's Cake decorating classes. I can adjust any recipe to fit your dietary needs. All occasion baking.
