Take inspection to all of hotel areas, to ensure each operational function, prevent the disadvantages in advance. - Maintain close contact with Security department; focus on the guest’s and staff’s safety, etc. - Have received the visit of state leaders and other distinguished guests from home and abroad. - Monitor and guide staffs to exceed guests’ expectations.

Assist Director of Rooms to prepare the presentation file, take meeting minutes and generate reports. To be the coordinator between departments. Frequently organized tour, dinner and various activities. Master the Front Office work skill, could act any role of Front Office. Assist sections in FO with their job when they are busy.

Provide the "One stop service" to all guests. Accept the work of reservation, Room Service, phone transformation, resolve guests' questions, and propitiate guests' emotion and so on. Master the concerned skill of operating computer, control the hotel's Liquid Crystal Display System. Pass the information to every department. Conciliate the relation between different departments .Make our service exceed guests' expectation.
