Forensic Facial Reconstruction by rendering, computer and clay mold.I was requested to write a Peer Review for a State of Texas Master Level Deputy Sheriff and Certified IAI (International Association of Identification) Forensic Artist. This was an accomplished and universally read Peer Review. The Peer Review’s purpose was to educate how to use forensic art procedures of reconstruction to assist in the identifying of a found male. Included in the Peer Review were the expertise from multiple disciplines: Doctorates in Medicine, Maxo-facial Doctorates, Military Doctorates in Maxo-facial reconstruction and Law Enforcement experts in tattoos. Describing the Deputy’s construction of a clay mold of the skull, neck, and shoulders with partial arms showing tattoos on the found unidentified male was methodically achieved. The Deputy’s excellent focused work replicating the unidentified male in a clay colored bust with added tattoos, led to his identification by his searching family within 7 days. The family had been searching for a year. This brought a form of closure for the man’s family. The Peer Review gave honor to the hard work of the Deputy with explaining the precise ways that were used to accomplish the clay mold. The Peer Review was shared freely to those wanting to read it. Experience: study in Italy, England and France in Fine Art: portraitures, criminal justice, architectural period structures and the study of the Fine Art Masters of the periods to modernity.Training with IAI International 2010 through 2018. Training from FBI Image Analysis Unit, Law Enforcement, and private sector specialists in Forensic Facial Identification, sculpting and Anthropology.

Worked in Hate Crimes as an educator from 1986 until 1994, attended Police Academy achieving a Texas Peace Officer full commissioned volunteer. In 1997, I suffered an injury during police training resulting in limiting street work with early retirement and returning to college.
