Payment plans and strategies for tenants to achieve pre-pay status.• Interact with vendors, receive bids, schedule services, and ensure service is completed. • Increase marketing with leads utilizing Facebook, Google, and other apartment websites to maximize occupancy resulting in pre-rented units and a waitlist.• Accounts payable and accounts receivable for the company and all properties.
