Since then, I have owned and operated Minkis Construction dba Minkis Builders as a majority owner. My expertise is in administration, development, sales and property management. Presently, I own and manage my own real estate with short term and long term rentals. I also work as an independent contractor for construction managment. While I have experience in both Commercial (private and public) and Residential building, my passion is in residential with an emphasis on urban renewal and renovation. I love repurposing and restoring. Most recently, the short term rental market has grabbed my attention and I am enjoying learning and growing in this market.I retired from chiropractic in 2018 to pursue my passion in construction and real estate related endeavors full time in 2018.
