Role Overview:• Management & Administration: Oversee the daily operations and administration of IANA’s Binding Arbitration Process, Gate Control System (GCS), Intermodal Driver Database (IDD), Street Interchange Application (SIA), Terminal Feed Service (TFS), and the Motor Carrier Database.• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to major participants, ensuring their accounts are well-managed and supported.• Operational Efficiency: Manage daily data entry and operational procedures to ensure timely and accurate processing of information.• Service Improvement: Review and evaluate existing services to identify areas for improvement and potential new programs.• User Support: Assist with basic inquiries regarding the online use of applications and websites, and establish and maintain user instructions for navigating Information Services applications.
