Provide home health care for patients with challenges including Alzheimer's, depression , mental and other disabilities.Maintain records of patient care ,condition,progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with family and doctor. Check patients' vital signs including pulse, temperature , and respiration.Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs,or automobiles and with dressing and grooming. Care for patients by cleaning and assisting with their personal care.Entertain and converse with patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert.Administer prescribed oral medications and direct in prescribed exercise. Prepare meals and assisted patient in consuming meals.Accompany clients to doctors' offices,grocery store ,shopping or on other trips outside the home, providing transportation and assistance.
