 Review, approve and manage client proposals and invoicing using PeopleSoft operating system  Develop and maintain relationships with Partners, Senior Consultants and Project Managers to facilitate client invoicing and project set up  Monitor active projects and invoicing schedules against SOWs to reduce WIP  Interpret billing instructions to set up contracts and e- bill plans linked to PeopleSoft projects Interpret dashboard reports and queries to manage client invoicing Collect and copy receipts to accompany client invoices as needed Close projects once WIP has been collected and verified Assist Accounts Receivables with payment collection and payment application Generate, review and issue client invoices

10 key operation of Time and Expense reports submitted by over 400 consultants. Filing and matching receipts. A Healthcare Billing position became available and I was recommended for the position and advanced my knowledge in the accounting department.

A close friend and I started a small company with self published books and CD's of our own writings. We have children books (all hand drawn pictures) and a poetry book entitled "Visions, Poetry of the Soul" by Bath (my stage name). As well as two self produced & distributed CD's. I have also handled managing a small rap group under our self titled label L.I.C. as well as assisted in publishing and distributions of their material.
