As part of the Claims Learning & Development team, responsible for developing learning solutions for more than 7,000 claim associates. Work with subject matter experts, facilitators, and project sponsors to develop training. Experienced in project management, blended learning, Storyline, ADDIE, Agile, leading SME sessions, and designing engaging learning experiences for adult learners.

Awarded promotion as result of exceptional Instructional Design, results and leadership ability. Assumed leadership of a team of six Instructional Designers. Responsible for developing learning strategies that met key performance indicators, leading the development of learning solutions for all levels of the sales field including the USA & Canada, as well as developing team members. Leadership of the team led to the successful development and promotion of two direct reports.

Primary duties included developing training tools and programs for Independent Sales Consultants that focused on meeting Her needs and maintaining the voice of the brand, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to execute learning solutions, and measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of training projects from conception to implementation, developing training materials including job aids, facilitator’s guides and participant materials, conducting training needs assessment, measuring effectiveness of learning strategies and facilitating training and focus group sessions.

Primary duties included leading a team of four Senior Training Coordinators, two Instructional Developers and two freelance Instructional Developers, training needs assessment, developing training objectives and programs, training curriculum development, training delivery and communication messaging that was consistent with and enhanced the Company’s brand identity.
