Currently serving part-time as fiscal officer for the Rockford Carnegie Library as well as serving as independent consultant for school districts. (previously served as interim Treasurer at Lincolnview).Recently worked as a professional development coach for new treasurers in the West Central Ohio area as well as working with a treasurer service serving community schools in Ohio, and also served as Interim Treasurer/CFO for Shawnee Local Schools, located in Lima. Also worked as a fiscal liaison/tech for five years for a regional computer tech firm serving schools in Northwest Ohio.Previously served as a School Treasurer/CFO from June 1986 to January 2012. Proficient in Ohio school finance; financial forecasting and analysis; budget development and analysis; human resources management including administration of workers compensation and benefits management; federal programs management and grant writing; risk management; labor relations; and policy development. In addition, managed the financial and insurance aspects of a $36 million building program for a school construction project.
