Started my career at SWEP as an HR Business Partner for the Commercial team of APAC covering China, ASEAN, Oceania, India, Japan, and South Korea.

Started as Training Center Leader mainly focusing on the Annual Training Planning and Company's central programs, e.g. Mini-MBA, Personal Development courses (Time Management, 7 Habits, etc.)After 2 years, I took the development opportunity and started a new role of HR Business Partner for the 2 BU (Plants) at a scale of 300 plus population.

Involved in the plant start-up and Grand Opening, supporting the HR Director on the T&D and Performance Management process setup. Initiated the Trainee Program and acted as a mentor.

Supported university relationships for the successful acquisition of young R&D talents in the IC design field. e.g. Company day tour, scholarship, internship, master project, etc. Conducted the onboarding and development along with the employee life cycle to support an engaging employee experience.
