From small company to mid size company back to a small company, wearing many hats along the ride. Joining Delta as one of the original staff members in October 1991, and being able to watch the company go through so many changes, has afforded me the ability to also continue to learn and grow. Through the good times and the challenging times, the Delta family stood together and weathered the storm. I have had the ability to be involved with budgeting, staffing, HR and I am always excited to be the one supporting the staff along the ride. During these 25 years I have also had to make some very tough decisions but I believe that I have also been a positive force behind the continuation of Delta over the years.
