Promoted from Adult & Teen Services Librarian to Dover Library Branch Manager. Oversaw operation of and provided leadership for the PCLS Dover Branch, one of 24 libraries in the country chosen by the American Library Association for the Year Two Cohort of Future Ready with the Library. Devised and implemented strategies to combat generational poverty in the River Valley Area, with an emphasis on education and industry partnerships in support of college and career readiness (CCR). Promoted multiple times during initial five months, advancing from part-time entry-level Library Clerk (Oct - Dec 2011) to full-time Assistant Department Head, Circulation (Dec 2011 - Feb 2012) prior to being named Adult & Teen Services (ATS) Librarian (Feb 2012 - Jul 2017). During my tenure, local market share of PPG products increased from 75% to 95%, sales route increased to 100-mile radius from store location, and partnership purchasing strategy resulted in an average of 12% additional savings.
